Coordinating and working as a member of several coalitions, Advocates has brought about change in Maryland, including the all-rider motorcycle helmet law, booster seat law, per se driving under the influence (DUI), .08% BAC per se, graduated driver licensing for teenagers, and a Primary Enforcement Seat Belt Law.
